First thing you do to become an Alpha is you need to become a Beta and Pre-Alpha. This group are introduced by the Father of Attraction Marketing Mike Dillard.
The first group are called the Beta , they are new in the network marketing or home base business industry. Sila yung madalas manisi at pag hindi nila makamit yung gusto nila ay magququit na kaagad. Sila yung mga wala pang confidence at mahiyain pa. Wala pa silang valuie na maibibigay at hindi pa sila gaanong sigurado kung ano ang maachieve nila. Etong grupong ito ay umaasa pa sa kanilang mga upline. Pero lahat naman tayo ay dumadaan sa pagiging Beta, Nung kakasimula palang ako dumadaan din ako sa pagiging beta. This group is considered to be as followers, they consist 80-90 percent in the organization.
Pre alpha- Eto yung stage na nagsisimula ng maglevel-up. This group of Networkers are starting to be outside of their comfort zone. Sila yung nagsisimula ng mag-aral para magkaroon ng value. Ang pagiging Alpha o Leader ay dumadaan muna sa Pre-Alpha na stage. Eto yung stage na paangat sa pagiging Leader o Alpha at kailangan mo munang mai-lead ang sarili bago makapag lead sa ibang tao.
Alpha- All of the top earners belong to this group. They are confident and have a Leadership skills. Sila yung nakakapagbigay ng maraming value sa iba. Very focus sila sa mga goals nila, They are positive thinker, para sa kanila walang problema ang hindi masosolusyonan at higit sa lahat meron silang abundance minset. They do what are the majority are unwilling to do. This group only consist of (1-3%) in the organization.
If you are in Beta, you must take step and willing to invest more knowledge and you strive to become a Pre- Alpha after you have all the knowledge and have learn proper mindset and have abundance mindset, you will become an Alpha or a Great leader.
